Hi Russell,

I am surprised by the export code stopping working, as it hasn't
really ever changed.

As far as I am aware, the moodle patch, which integrates toolkits into
moodle (so you don't have to log into toolkits) changes, has a
slightly modified export file.

This might be the issue - it might not, but I don't get why export
would break with 1.7
