[Xerte] Navigation/Status Bar issue

I figured out a workaround for my previous problem (then a few minutes later
found that workaround in the archives, oh well) but have encountered a new
one.

The navigation buttons, status bar messages and continue button in the lower
right corner are blank. The exception is the page counter which has the page
numbers but not the /. I'm guessing that there are image files that should
be in my zip that are referenced but I'm having trouble figuring out what
and where.
