<div>I figured out a workaround for my previous problem (then a few minutes later found that workaround in the archives, oh well) but have encountered a new one.<br><br>The navigation buttons, status bar messages and continue button in the lower right corner are blank. The exception is the page counter which has the page numbers but not the /. I'm guessing that there are image files that should be in my zip that are referenced but I'm having trouble figuring out what and where.<br>
