I get errors testing this beta on a xampp install. See attached word doc
containing screenshots and descriptions/comments.

This is the beta install for the next version of toolkits - this (bar a few
changes) is likely to be the supported version soon.

Please don't install over an existing one, but if you could test locally on
xampp or on a server we'd be extremely grateful for your support as always.
