[Xerte] toolkit on a stick

Hi Thomas,
Excellent.  I will go get MAXOS, then.  I don't know where I got the idea it had Xerte instead 
of Xerte toolkits.  With Xerte 3 on the way, this gets confusing.  But it looks like Toolkits and 
Xerte 3 will be the future.
