In exploring all the google API stuff for maps over the last few days, I
came across this quite rich API for generating charts. I'd like to add a
whole section to the Page Templates wizard to allow you to easily
include all these different types of chart and set them up - at least
some simple variations. At some point I'll make a start on it. In the
meantime you might like to include charts by figuring out the URLs and
using them in the various page types that can load graphics.

See the very simple examples here - they work well and look good in
toolkits:

You can include those charts in your own projects using the urls
described in the documentation at http://code.google.com/apis/chart/.
They are not supposed to be generated by people, so it gets a bit
fiddly.

There are tools already out there that present GUIs to create the URLs
more easily, and there are some really cool examples out there as well.

Have fun,

J
