As Julian is hinting I think this is an Adobe Security Settings thing
which doesn't appear when viewing online. You can add the path or drive
letter via the online security settings manager but you can also fix it
for all users by adding a text file to the Macromed directory. See the
guide here:

What happens if you put the files on a web server and try it? Is it a
local security thing?

Try downloading Xerte again, and re-publishing. This issue popped up a
while ago and was fixed, I think, let me know if it doesn't help,

Hi All

First post to the group - I am a relative noob with Xerte having
produced just one or two simple movies with it.

My question is this - I have created a Xerte movie that basically just
features text and images, the problem is that when I try and select the
larger text option, we get a zoom into the page but the size of the page
remains the same - i.e. we lose about half the info and cannot even see
the forward and back buttons.

Has anyone else had this problem and know a way to solve it?

Thanks

Matt
