[Xerte-dev] Update packages

As always, we have had several bug fixes after the release.

To facilitate updating the already existing 2.0 installations, I added 
'update packages' to the nightly package builds. These only contain the 
files since the release revision.

In order to minimize confusion, they are placed at the bottom of the 
file list, and they have a different icon.
