[Syrphidae] Modif Website

Hi,

Great idea. An English version of the site would help.
There seems to be an increasing number of different sites covering the same subject.
I guess that sites won't be united to one site, so it is very important to keep links in all sites to the others.
This should help beginners like me, so i I get to syrphidae.com/index.php for example, I can find more sites of Syrphids.
