[Syrphidae] Syrphidae keys added (Cheilosia and Heringia/Neocnemadon)

I have added several keys to my site:

Cheilosia. A first draft of a NW-European key is presented, with a few alpine 
species for comparison. The draft contains little figures and drawings, these 
should be added in the feature. Given the difficulties in this group, I would be 
very pleased with comments and improvements.

Heringia/Neocnemadon. A key to the NW-European species, based on Van 
der Goot (1981), with a partial merge of the females key of Stubbs (1996).
