[Maths-Education] Query "How do you write good open book exams"

Dear all,

I wondered if anyone had any references / sources about constructing good 
quality open book exams, please? Most of the advice I have found so far is 
in relation to tips for *answering* questions in open book exams.

Any pointers would be very gratefully received.
