Lecturer / Senior Lecturer in Mathematics Education
 
 

Salary £23,643 - £35,883 p.a. and £37,558 - £42,573 p.a.

Applications are invited from candidates with a first degree in a
relevant discipline and with appropriate research interests (Lecturer)
or with a PhD and the ability to make a strong contribution to the
research agenda of the School of Education (Senior Lecturer). Should a
suitable candidate not be available, a post may be offered as a teaching
fellow.

You will be expected to develop and maintain relevant professional links
and develop an active research and publication programme. In particular,
you will supervise PhDs in areas related to their research expertise.
Additionally, you may be asked to contribute to the teaching of
programmes at all levels of study or undertake consultancy work on the
behalf of the School.

We are seeking to appoint dynamic and successful people in the following
area:

Secondary Mathematics Education
Ref: HUM/075/05

A Mathematics educator with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to contribute
to PGCE Secondary Mathematics, part of which is delivered by partnership
schools.
