Dear competition panel,

Please would you explain the marking criteria. The following 
statement:

''The winner will be the person whose selection most closely matches 
or represents all of the entries sent in.''

seems to imply 'all must have prizes'. Or does it mean that the 
winner will be the prototype of a most likely concensus?

Is the panel's decision final?

Which prize is the top prize and is there a booby prize?
