Three positions as <bold>professor in Mathematics Education</bold> are
vacant at Agder University College, Kristiansand, Norway from August
2002. For one of the positions, only women are invited to apply. Deadline
for applications is November 15. 2001.=20


Agder University College runs programs in Mathematics and Mathematics
Education up to Master level, and is presently building up a Ph.D.
program in mathematics education. The new professors will be central in
implementing this Ph.D. program besides participating in research. Agder
University College has in cooperation with S=F8rlandet Competency Center
started to build a centre for mathematics teaching and learning including
research and teachers' support.
