[Xerte] Closure of these lists

After 15 years of sterling service, we are closing down the old Xerte mailing lists and they will shortly be removed from service.

For a non-technical list, the JISC XERTEFORTEACHERS<https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A0=XERTEFORTEACHERS> list is still active. For all other Xerte related discussion, use the forums<https://xerte.org.uk/index.php/en/forum> at https://xerte.org.uk.

Many thanks for all your contributions to the Xerte project, which, from its humble beginnings, goes from strength to strength.
