Sorry - I should also have said that I'm using Windows 10, and modified the
xamp apache httpd.conf from Port 80 to 8082, and the httpd-ssl.conf from
443 to 44340. Without those changes, Apache won't start. I hope this is
not the nub of the Xerte problem!
