[Xerte] Cannot get Xerte to work on second computer

Hi,

I'm not sure this is the right place to email, but couldn't find another
address.

I'm trying to get Xerte to work on my home machine, without success.  I've
downloaded xampp, put the xertetoolkits3.3 unzipped folder into xampp
htdocs, started xampp, but when I go to
http://localhost/xertetoolkits/setup/ , the scree is blank, and I cannot
open the programme.

What am I doing wrong?  It works perfectly on my machine at work, but since
I work a lot at home, I want it to work there!
