If you add the optional property ‘Navigation Buttons’ and set it to none then the buttons will be disabled. You will need to add something to allow the student to move on after the quiz is complete though. Maybe a page link in the feedback text that appears at the end of the quiz

Is it possible to disable the Next and Back button of the Quiz page, so as to not confuse them with the Next button of the questions?
