I should say that users can log on and use Xerte without any apparent problems and it is just the sharing which seems to be broken.  The first and surnames do not seem to be stored in the table (see image).

Hi Judith,

Can you share what settings you have in Site -> LDAP Settings in the management page at /management.php    ?

Obviously you should obfuscate any passwords, ip addresses, urls and other information that is of a sensitive nature but the rest of the config may give insight into where your issue lies...

We have just installed a version of Xerte which authenticates via LDAP.  When I try to share a project I am getting a message "No one found with those details."  I have looked at users in the admin area and it seems that the first and surnames are not being added to the system (see attached image).  Can anyone guide me to putting this right?
