It looks like your installation isn't available externally so we can't see
that example.
Do you mean the multiple perspectives page type or the older and completely
separate multiple perspectives template? Can't tell because can't access
your link but if just the page type try
https://xerte.lesoco.ac.uk/play.php?template_id=115
<https://xerte.lesoco.ac.uk/play.php?template_id=115&engine=flash>
&engine=flash does that work? If you have an LO that was previously used via
the flash player and now switched to html 5 you will need to upload mp4
copies of the videos or still have flash player available on the device you
are viewing on.

Have you made any changes to the server since they did work?
Do you paste in content from Word?
Are you writing any HTML?

Subject: [Xerte] Xerte issue with Multiple Perspectives page type
Hi,
We have a Xerte installation at Lewisham Southwark College. We have
resources that were created using the Multiple Perspectives page type which
previously worked, but have now mysteriously stopped working. I have
included an example of this - is this a known problem?
https://xerte.lesoco.ac.uk/play.php?template_id=115 - this is on the seventh
page titled 'What to include - each section in detail'. You will see that
the ability to view each part (created as a sound file with an image added)
is no longer there. It has also affected the page numbers as there is
actually no page seven in the object - there are instead two page 6s and a
page 8, which may be part of the problem.
Has anyone else encountered this problem?
Regards
Bev
