[Xerte] Change language option bar bottom

I use Xerte 2.18
What is the exact things I must do to change language of the labels of the
bottom bar (the option color schemes - screen size - text font etc.)
I need to use Greek words not Es or Fr....
Can someone help me I am not much of a developer.
