[Xerte] Xerte rlo not integrating with Moodle 2.4.1

Hi,

I've been trying to import Xerte Online Toolkits rlo's as question type in
a Quiz on our Moodle 2.4.1 site, without any success.

Please let me know where I'm going wrong - we've also tried using
Taskchain, without any success either!

Would really appreciate help,
