[Xerte] XOT 2 Upload Failed: Check Permissions error, Jing icon problem

Testing XOT 2.0 locally here. having errors when uploading FLV's or SWF's
larger than 2MB - get an error 'Upload Failed: Check Permissions'. Is there
a setting somewhere for upload file size?

 

Also the Jing movie icon works but the audio does not shutoff when the next
page or previous page button is clicked (it does with other movie icons).
