[Xerte] Questions about XERTE 3

Hello, my name is Everton and I am interested in making use of XERTE,
however, have some doubts. Can anyone help me?

1. XERTE project is discontinued?
2. Is there a document or tutorial to assist in the use of version 3?
3. What is better to use: Online Toolkit or the Desktop?
