Hello,
Not to crush you with help, but you could try this.
1) It might be your toolkits install is old, so highlight your LO, click
publish, and publish it. This might solve the loading issue
2) If this fails, try using the iframe code (I am not sure if Bristol's
install supports this, so ignore it if impossible)
3) If you use chrome as a browser, after the pages loads, press f12, then
refresh the page. Click on the network button. Some files will appear red -
let us know which files and it will help us with the problem
