[Xerte] Styling etc

Hello

I'm restyling xot and managed to change TopBar and icons without too much trouble but my amateur brain is struggling with how to selectively style "Languages" which is now illegible against my purple TopBar...also where is the content Welcome to the toolkits front page, developed by the University of Nottingham??
