[Xerte] Possible bug in XOT

Hi Folks

Just in case this issue is more widespread (could just be my installation) - creating a new learning object using XOT (HTML5 version), adding a title page, then adding a background image property but not specifying an image URL causes a crash of load:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'css' of undefined preview.php?template_id=44:68<http://elearning.net.marjon.ac.uk/xerte2/preview.php?template_id=44>

It caught me out when importing an object created by another user (who'd forgotten to set the media URL).
