[Xerte] HTML 5 Error - HELP!

When creating a project on our installation of Xerte online toolkits (latest version) it will play absolutely fine in the traditional Xerte interface but when you try to load the HTML5 version we get the following error...

Any ideas as to what would be causing this? It is also the same error when we try to export to SCORM 1.2
