What is the user name?That ends up forming part of the path and can beggar things if it's weird.

Folder in the user-files folder. That’s causing the create button to be inactive when we try to use the templates. Any ideas why?

Virtual folders in the folder details table or folders in the USER-FILES folder?

We have a problem where we have recently updated our Xerte Online toolkits installation to the latest version but now the user folders aren’t being created when a project is started. Has anyone
 had this problem before? If so how did you fix it?
