Sometimes it just needs some creative thinking. In more complex things I'd have interactions with just code in the responses, with that code manipulating icons laid out previously. Depending where you put them, or what you p0ut them in, you can do the auto erase as you drop out of another icon, say, on a decision somewhere, or even out of a parent interaction. Circuits had a load of such 'creative' structures...

Thanks guys.
I ended up duplicating the response icon onto the flow line between the INT's.
It involved variable bullet point type spacing so appendText would have gotten a bit complex.

You could use txtID.appendText('Text to append') and apply that to a text icon that appears in the flow before the INT.
