This was an issue in one of the earlier v2 installer packages. This was fixed on May 16 (r910).

Happened to me this morning. Change from html5 to flash on the admin panel, save it then change it back and it works fine. Not sure what issue is but that worked for me as a solution..

When I duplicate a project in v2 the copy appears to become Flash based! I've checked and Javascript (a.k.a. HTML5) is still selected...Unless I'm cracking up!
