You will need to host the MatHJax libraries yourself. Then you'll need to change the links to them in the php files that use them. Play.php and preview.php in modules/Xerte and modules/site

Yes, I've installed it on a web server, intranet web server.
There is the need to change the link to mathjax from internet to LAN, but which pages?
