[Xerte] mp4 encoding settings

Hiya,

We're having trouble identifying settings for encoding mp4 (h264) for the html5 xerte: can anyone recommend settings / tools that work? we want to encode once for desktop PC and Mac (IE, FF, Chrome, Safari), iPads (Safari) and Android (chrome / native browser).

Specifically the trouble we've had is with synching the audio and video tracks (we can also exhibit the problems when we test movies in QuickTime on the PC).
