We have seen the following similar issue and can reproduce it for 3
installs. (just like Brane Smitek reported)
It works UNTIL you preview. As long as you keep the previewer open, the
button remains functional. As soon as you close the preview however, you
need to close the editor/wizard to reactivate the browse button again.
It happens for the flash preview and for the html5 preview.
Haven't had the time to look into it yet. I've seen this long before
1.91, so it is not introduced last month, buut more in october/november
timeframe.
