[Xerte] xot 1.9 install probs for hosting service

Hi

I have a hosted version of XOT and have asked the company to upgrade to the latest version – however, I am unable to edit a new LO and also there is one pagetype  (audioslideshow) which now is not displaying an image correctly from an LO I created in the previous version of XOT – see attached. The host service has updated the XMLEngine.swf file, but that doesn't seem to help. Any thoughts that I can relay back to the hosting service so that I can get the latest version up and running?
