So

site_url
module_path
root_file_path
users_file_area_short

are not set in the database - can you access the database?

In the sitedetails table


site_url - the site url
module_path - I think this is usually "modules/"
root_file_path - this is the path to the root folder
users_file_area_short - I think this is usually "USER-FILES/"
