The ldap stuff - does typing any letter bring anything back?

NOTE: only users that have once logged in successfully (and thus have a workspace created for them) will be selectable for sharing, so NOT all LDAP users.

You have to use their real names, not their login names.

The name known to xerte can be viewed by the user it self in the lower right box of the workspace ('Logged in as ....)
or in the user tab of the management page.

We have the Xerte Online Toolkits 2.0 install and are having difficulty when trying to share toolkits with existing local Xerte users.

When I go to Properties > Shared Settings and try to share a learning object with a couple of colleagues I get the message 'No one found with those details'.  These are individuals who have recently logged into Xerte.  They get the same message when they try to share a learning object with me.

Note that this only happens with certain individuals - I can find names of other colleagues (who have used Xerte less recently) on the system.

Any ideas?
