[Xerte] Re: Xerte OT2.0 - Shared settings - 'No one found with those details'

I have a similar issue...xerte has recently been installed for by our central IT services and though it is apparently synced with LDAP (and everyone can log in), shared settings doesn't work - I've just checked and there is nothing displayed for me under "Logged in as...". Something to do with LDAP setting?

You have to use their real names, not their login names.

The name known to xerte can be viewed by the user it self in the lower right box of the workspace ('Logged in as ....)
or in the user tab of the management page.

Note that this only happens with certain individuals - I can find names of other colleagues (who have used Xerte less recently) on the system.
