Thanks all for efforts to resolve this XOT export problem. Now solved. Rewrite rules had to be updated on my hosted xerte site.

I didn't see this, because I don't have apache rewriting enabled, and you apparently do use that.

This comes from the file website_code\php\url_library.php

Replace line 84:

return $string . "_rich_" . $template_number;

With

return $string . "_" . $template_number;
