[Xerte] titleColour using a stylesheet in XOT

I can't set the titleColour using a stylesheet.

Is something broken in the engine? I tried
colourScheme
{
     titleColour: 0xFF0000;
}

Also #FF0000

But nothing seems to change it. As far as I can tell, all the other 
style items titleBarColour, statusBarColour etc seems to work fine.
