[Xerte] page title when interface visual is 0

Hello.
As mentioned in the subject above, the page (page icon) title works if the interface visuals (interface icon) is set to 1 but not (the text doesn't appear) when it is set to 0. 
I am aware of that after reading from help menu. So can anyone please tell me how to display the page title when the interface visuals is 0?
Or is scripting the only way to do that?
