[Xerte] img pathing

This is being read in via an xml file and set via mytexticon.setText(variable);
<b>Lucio</b><img src="http://www.blahblah.com/images/copyr.gif"/>
Do I have any options on the path?
Does it have to be fully qualified or can I use relative stuff?
