The iSpring free version can be problematic for a number of reasons -
less control over output size and format and need to ensure it's
actionscript 2 not 3.

A more reliable solution is possibly to upload via properties > media &
quota and then use the link in the embed content page. That way you can
also include the AS3 features.

Hi all,

 

I've a member of staff hoping to use Ispring objects within Xerte, and
they're not displaying correctly - at best, they spill over by about an
inch, at worst by much more. I've found some advice that suggests opting
out of including the ispring player when exporting the object, but that
doesn't appear to be an option in the free version. Does anyone have any
other suggestions?
