Thanks for your prompt response.  Are you asking me to identify the
version of 'the Moodle patch'?  If so, I'm not sure what this 'Moodle
patch' is!  We use a third party to host our Moodle, but the staff there
have asked me to find out more information about what they should do to
rectify this problem!
