Well, we have replaced all three files: youtube.swf (from Ron), youtube.rlm (from Julian) and I've grabbed youtuberss.rlm with the fix from the source (r430). At least now it works, however, it first displays the video fine when the page loads, then sprawls off the page, and then snaps back to normal display size. It all happens in 1-2 seconds :o(

Also, I can't see any  extra options for video size, auto-start etc. on the YouTube page either. Any ideas?

you probably need to replace
\modules\xerte\parent_templates\Nottingham\common\youtube.swf too.
