If you view index.html in your local copy of the LO do you see all your
content?
Did you perhaps export the LO from the sandpit without having clicked
publish?
If that's the problem then try the following:
Make a backup copy e.g. copy the whole folder from the extracted zip
delete template.xml
copy preview.xml and rename the copy template.xml
view index.htm doe that now show all your content?
If so zip up the contents of the folder (not including the original zip if
that's in the folder) and then try importing that
Regarding Dave's comment/question about identical templates - there are one
or two page types in the main template which you probably don't have in your
local install but I doubt you've used those page types and even so this
would only stop you editing those specific pages not the LO as a whole.
Finally how big is the zip - if not too big send to the list or send us a
link
