[Xerte] Importing unpublished content

[Outterside, Gillian]

I created a LO in Xerte techdis Sandpit and exported the content (but never published it as a Learning Object). I am now trying to import the content into a local installation of Xertes Online Toolkit. Are there any instructions for importing content (so I can continue to edit/ work on it) ? The content I exported is made up of multiple folders and files and I'm not sure which of these to import or how to import all of them if need be.
