[Xerte] Copy and Paste

Hello!
I am reposting this because I think it got lost in my long list of stuff: I cannot select and copy text from my published learning object or from the Xerte preview. I have seen this in other Xerte objects as well, e.g., http://www-old.hud.ac.uk/tqef/xerte/index.htm.
It does not seem to happen in learning objects produced with the Xerte online toolkits.
Is this a general bug or a specific setting? Is there a fix?
