Thanks for your help.

I would have prefer a button called Hints for each option but I am not 
sure it is possible.

The other thing I was considering was to hover with the mouse and have 
the hints for each option but again, I don’t think it is possible.

I think I will have settle with the solution you suggested.

Sorry the colours may be completely off...

But this is basically what you are trying to achieve, correct?
Than, yes, you re right, check Judge Questions, and fill in the feedback 
for each option.

switch on show feedback.

I can select to Judge Questions but it doesn’t work as a feedback.

If you switch on show feedback, than the feedback you type for each 
option is the hint, i.e. it is shown after the user has selected an 
option and pressed the submit button.

The user can still change their answer before continueing to the next 
question of the quiz.
