Hello,

You need to find the file -
xampp/htdocs/xertetoolkits/website_code/php/scorm/export.php

Line 26 should be

ini_set('max_execution_time', 300);

beneath that add as a new line

ini_set('memory_limit','100M');

That will give you 100MB to play with, you may wish to set it higher
